Easy and ENJOYABLE leasing experience of Acura MDX 2012 with Greg Pew and his teammate Sharon at Continental Acura of Naperville. Greg answered every question I asked via email, and once I was happy with the numbers, I went in for a test drive and did the deal in a smooth 2hrs. I had no idea leasing/buying a car could be so enjoyable and it s because we had basically worked out our numbers ahead of time and the rest was just paperwork. We've serviced and bought vehicles from Continental Acura of Naperville for years and have nothing but the best experiences in all! We just purchased our 2012 TL TECH from Tom Trulis (we LOVE Tom) a few months ago. The entire process was fantastic! From test-driving to price negotiations to financing w/ Jerry (also wonderful) and finally spending plenty of time w/ Tom in the actual car going over all the tech features and setting our bluetooth, etc. Our 2002 MDX (still runs beautifully) is serviced w/ Continental regularly. We love the service dept as well. When we had the MDX in for the BIG service this summer (belts, plugs, a crack in the engine block....lots of necessary repairs), the service mgr called me numerous times keeping me up to date. We also have a mechanic in the immediate family, so our service mgr was able to help me determine which services were more simple so that we could just purchase the parts and do some of the easier jobs ourselves (saving us about $400 in labor costs). We're always provided a great loaner car. Are greeted at our car quickly upon arriving for service and walked in to be registered. And are then walked to our loaner car (while my child's car seat is carried out to the car for me.... which is unnecessary, but certainly appreciated). There are only a few places that I feel like a VALUED customer and Continental is actually ONE of them! I have to admit, right before we bought our TL from Continental, we made the mistake of test driving a vehicle at McGrath Acura in Westmont. We just happened to be right down the street from them and happened to be enjoying a little time w/out our toddler so thought it'd be ideal to check it out. What a mistake!! I could go on and on about the differences between McGrath (simply, yuck) and Continental (as you've read, WONDERFUL). But, for the sake of time I'll simply say..... AVOID McGrath at all costs! I've never felt such pressure and encountered such rudeness in all my life..... and this was from the sales manager. McGrath is SLICK! They are the type of dealership that gives car salesman a bad rep. Plus all their accessory prices for the TL's are WAY overpriced when compared to Continental! Overall.... we've never been happier w/ a car dealership and have owned numerous Honda and Acura vehicles! Thank you Continental.

I had the pleasure of working with Greg and Sharon when purchasing my new MDX. Greg was very informative of the vehicle and was not a typical pushy sales person. I was able to make my decisions on my own with the information I was given. I was presented with information in regard to what the MDX offered for me and not how it was so much better than other vehicles. He worked in a different way, not degrading other vehicles but kindly keeping me informed of what features the MDX has and how to use them. Sharon was very attentive to my son as having a child sit in a dealer for any length of time can be challenging. When picking up my new car she even went through my trade-in and kindly brought the CDs left in the player and my son's childseat inside so that I would not forget them. She took control over getting the new license plate on as well. They were both incredibly helpful and I am very pleased with the experience. I plan to be buying my cars through Greg and Sharon in the future and would highly recommend anyone to work with them.

I walked into the dealer not intending to make the decision to buy a car. I wanted a smaller crossover vehicle. I'd test driven several of the cars in that class. Eddie Colville gave me the best demo ever. He knew all the features of the car and knew the features of his competition. At the end of the day, we drove out with a new Acura RDX. They gave me a very good trade in deal on my 11 year old van. The RDX drives like a dream. Love the 4 cylinder turbo. It handles like a dream. The service at Continental Acura on Aurora in Naperville is white glove. And what can you say about free car washes?! Thank you for treating a woman like she is the one buying the car. I have just bought my second Acura both from Continetal Acura in Naperville Illinois. I cannot say enough about the professional approach of the sales staff. My first Acura was a TL and I dealt with Greg Pew, my second Acura A TSX was also purchased from Greg and Sharon 10 years later. I can't express enough how easy and great the experience was working with Greg Pew and Sharon MacDonald. They made buying a car easy and I'm not all that easy to deal with sometimes. I was buying an inexpensive used car, certainly nothing like the expensive new cars that they sell yet you would never have known it. I got the royal treatment from the time I walked in the door until the time I left. Greg wasn't pushy, he was so knowledgeable in the field, he really made the whole experience a good one. I would certainly recommend Greg, Sharon and Jerry to anyone who is looking to buy either a great new Acura or a great used car, they are the best!! Continental Acura is truly the greatest car dealership that I have ever worked with. Not only was my sales representative, Tom Trulis, amazing and he really was a pleasure to work with, but their service department is unparalleled as well. I actually haven't had any problems with my Acura, but we have had problems with our other vehicle that is not an Acura. Mike McMahon went above and beyond and volunteered to allow me to bring our other vehicle into the service department so that my service inspector and myself could get a look under the vehicle at the transmission. In no way, shape, or form, was it their problem that our non-Acura vehicle was having transmission problems, yet they agreed to take time out of their busy day to hoist a vehicle up that they didn't sell us, so that we could get a look at the undercarriage (completely free of charge I might add). They are genuinely just good people that want to lend a helping hand whenever they can. We will be loyal to this dealership forever. They not only sell a great product, but genuinely exemplify above and beyond, stellar customer service.

I recently leased a TSX from Abe Crump at Continental Acura and I was pleasantly surprised that the entire experience was pretty effortless. I knew what I wanted, and I had no time for the long drawn out, back and forth games that many car dealers play. I went in for a test drive and spent a maximum of 30 minutes onsite. The rest of our communication was done via phone. I will definitely refer family and friends to Abe at Continental Acura.

It never fails to amaze me how absolutely everyone in your organization is so customer service oriented, from the greeter to the technician to the cashier and the person who happened to be near the door when I was leaving and held it open for me. I wanted to share with you a positive buying experience that my wife and I just had with your dealership last week. I think this type of experience deserves your attention.
We submitted a request price quote via the internet and heard back from Greg Pew within a few hours on a price and the offer of coming in to take a look at the car. The first thing that struck me was that of all the requests for quotes I made, your dealership was the only one that submitted a price back to us. I contacted Greg to see if we could come in that night to take a look. He had plans to leave early, but adjusted them to meet our schedule in order to look at the car. To me, this was a huge factor in making this purchase, because right away I could see that Greg had his client’s best interests in mind and not necessarily his own.
During our visit, Greg was patient and answered all of our questions for us. He knew the answer to everything and was quick to make recommendations or help us out. He was above and beyond professional. The big thing for us was the fact that when I said that we needed to think about it overnight, I did not get the standard “What can I do to get you to purchase this vehicle tonight?” response that I have gotten so many times in the past. That is my number 1 pet peeve with car dealers when we try to get pressured into buying right then and there. When you buy a $50k auto, you can’t just simply make a snap decision so the sales person can make a quick sale.
After discussing that night, I followed up with Greg the next morning. He was quick to send over the credit app and followed up once everything was approved. At delivery, he was well organized and all necessary paperwork was done and ready to go. He took his time with us on showing us the car and all of the features that come along with it. Again, he thinks of his clients first and that is something that will stick with me when it comes time to lease again.
From reading reviews of your dealership, it seems that overall this is the type of customer service environment that you foster. Buying a car can be stressful and having a helpful sales guy like Greg made it a much easier process.
Again, thanks to your dealership for the terrific customer service. It was a huge factor in us deciding to go ahead and make the purchase. Your dealership will definitely be recommended by us to others.

I walked into continental acura almost a year ago, i fell in love with the mdx, but wasn't sure if this was the car for me.
i met this awesome salesman by the name of josh bruhn, he was so informative and patient, what i mean by being patient is; i walked out of acura and for many months i went from dealer to dealer test driving new vehicles from the ford edge to the lexus. in the mean time i would call josh and ask more questions about the mdx and he always had the answers for me. he never had the attitude of come on buy this car or leave me alone. josh also knew that i would only purchase a navy blue mdx, that was part of the deal! i think he knew all along i would be back but finding my navy blue was becoming more and more difficult. but of course, josh found it for me and i am now a proud owner of a acura mdx which i absolutely love!! i would reccommend everyone to make a visit to continental acura in naperville and make sure you ask for josh, you won't regret it!!
After sending an email to Continental Acura, we immediately received a response from Greg Pew. We stopped by one evening and Greg was not there, but his associate Abraham, helped us. The service was great, they worked out a good deal, and very easy to work with Continental Acura. We are very satisfied with our vehicle purchase.

I used Consumerreports.org car buying service. I put in the details in for the 2012 Acura TL I was looking for at 5pm, Greg Pew, (firstname.lastname@example.org), responded via email with a great price on the car in less then 60 minutes. Continental provided me the real numbers for the transaction, trade in, tax and everything in email after a brief phone call, all before I ever had to visit the dealership. I picked up the car the following day. I've purchased 4 new Hondas and this is my 2nd new Acura, this was by far the BEST buying experience I've ever had. Great car buying experience. I have bought many cars over the years and I have to say that at this dealership are by far the best we've ever had the pleasure to work with. We told them what the payment needed to be in order for us to make a deal and they meet the goal. All without the back and forth "Let me talk to my manager" garbage that wastes my afternoon. This is the first time I've left a car dealership not feeling emotionally drained. Don't get me wrong they are in the business to make money; otherwise they would be out of business. They just didn't feel the need to make all of it off me. If you are looking to buy a car new or used definitely go see these guys, I know I will.
My experience with Continental Acura was professional and beyond my expectations. Darrin Kuster and Chris Papo in the service department were wonderful to deal with. We had a situation with our Acura MDX that was "major" in many ways. From day one I recieved clear and consistent communication until the repairs were completed. From my first phone conversation with Chris I felt I had someone in my corner. Chris communicated what might occur with my circumstances and gave me a worst case/ best case overview. That I appreciated. They went to the manufacturer on my behalf and the results were beyond my expectations. I believe their professionalism and persistance on my behalf is what determined the outcome of my satisfaction level. I believe this reflects the "culture" of the Continental dealership organization.
As a sidenote, I also have another car from the Contiental Dealer Family (Audi) and have been increadibly satified with that dealership and their professional staff as well.
Going back to Continental Acura. Not only did they highly satisfy me, but I was highly satisfied with the manufacturer Acura (Honda Motor Co.). They stood behind their product and turned an uncertain experience in to one that made me a believer in their commitment to the customer by supporting their product. GREG IS AMAZING!!!! I have been in sales for over 33 years, and during that time bought more than my fair share of cars. Greg Pew is without a doubt the most outstanding sales professional I have ever met. Under promise and overproduce is apparently his credo. My experience was perfection from inception to delivery and beyond!!! By the way that transaction was in 1998! We continue to own our 1995 Legend (163,000 miles and going strong!), get a card personally signed every Christmas, and have referred everyone we can to Greg!

Great Experience - I had the exact same experience as lawnmanbpd did with Greg and Sharon. I had all the information I needed before my wife and I walked into the dealership. We were trading in our 2001 Tahoe for a Mazda 3, I needed a car that was better on gas. I was trying to break even with having a gas guzzler or a car payment. If I could buy a newer car that was better on gas and keep the money going out of the budget relatively the same was my goal. After initially seeing the numbers on both my trade value and the cost of the car I was interested in I has resigned to the fact that I would be driving my Tahoe out of the dealership that night. Greg asked me where I needed to be. Typical question from a car dealer right? I told him exactly where I needed to be - I figured what the hell. I got nothing to lose. In the same breathe I thanked him for his time. Greg asked me if he wanted me to try and talk to his manager. OK - anyone whose ever bought a car knows this routine. Good cop. Bad cop. I told Greg that he had one shot at it. I didn't want the "let me go talk to manager" back and forth banter to go on all afternoon. I have kids ages 7, 6 and 3, so my time and sanity is based on getting things done quickly. Greg took me serious. He came back with the bottom line deal, if we couldn't make it happen with the numbers he brought back it wasn't going to happen. The numbers presented were fair and fit my budget.

The Service here is excellent! The service manager Chris is certainly a prize possession to the dealership, as he displays excellent customer service as well as a high level of professionalism. I cannot speak enough about how pleased I am about getting my car serviced here. From providing you with a courtesy loaner, having no hidden costs, as well as looking to make the customer happy at all times, this dealership is an example for all other car makers to follow in these economic times. I will undoubtedly be bringing my car back for service in the future as I could not ask for a better experience.

We purchased a car from Continental Acura off an Ebay auction. We actually live in MN and drove down to pick up the car. The experience was well worth the drive. Eddie is the Ebay Manager and was awesome. He answered all of our questions and provided the best customer service-seriously the best. This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased on Ebay and this car purchase experience was by far the best by a long shot. Both Eddie and Ken the Used Car Manager went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was in tip top shape, and they really made the Acura name proud. They wanted to make sure the vehicle was a certified used car that they were proud to sell, and we were happy to own. Well they did their job extremely well. We traded in our BMW for the Acura and I can tell you we never received this level of service at the BMW dealer. The Business Manager Jerry, made all the paperwork quick and painless. This dealership really does a great job, you can see the evidence by their busy showroom. Highly recommended.

Outstanding Internet Sales Team (posted on Edmunds): Continental Acura Ten years ago I bought my first car from Continental Acura and Greg Pew. I did so without ever having met Greg in person until the delivery day - all my correspondence was over the internet, and a few phone calls. I was impressed throughout the process. He delivered on everything as promised, and made the experience as pleasant as possible. Greg is incredibly knowledgeable about the cars, is always willing to answer questions, and delivers on his promises. He has always taken the time to educate both my wife and I on the products and process, and is open with his thoughts, even on trade-in discussions and value. He and Sharon make a great team - they are always available and make a point of staying in touch, and have even assisted when we have had questions about any service items. With four children, going to the dealership for the routine maintenance is never easy, however, Greg, Sharon, and the Continental team help make it as painless as possible. It helps that Continental has a great facility, with a nice kid friendly area, good coffee, and if the kids behave, cookies. We are now on automobile number 3 from Greg and the Continental team. I have to admit that it took me sometime to make the move to purchase my 2011 MDX solely because I've always driven German prior. But since then, I have had no regrets whatsoever. My MDX drives and performs just like any other high end vehicle and it looks great. Not to mention that if it wasn't for Harry Nesbit and Tom Trulis, I probably would have never considered buying it. They both made my experience great. I assure you that this probably won't be the last Acura I purchase. I've already referred family members who have bought from Harry, Tom and the Acura Continental Team as well. Monday 1/24/11 at 1:29pm

I just bought a certified pre-owned 2009 Acura RL and I love it! It is so fun to drive and I really love the seat warmers this week! Sharon MacDonald and Greg Pew were both so helpful. Sharon gave me a tour of the service area and for the first time in 20 years I feel comforatable returning to the dealership. I have already been back for a complimentary car wash and a Starbuck's coffee. My husband and I definitely would recommend Continental Acura to our friends.

I love taking my car here for service.
Free car washes. Good free coffee and WiFi. Really nice loaners or shuttle service. No wait service. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable service personnel. They even record CD telling you what they did and found. So, you can hear it directly from the mechanic. To me it looks like Continental Acura said "What would make a customer's experience better?" And then they did exactly that. I don't know how anyone could complain about this place. I have been to crappy dealers. This is not one of those. I love these guys. My only regret is that I didn't go to them sooner.

I purchased a used Honda Pilot via internet. It was in excellent condition and everything I was looking for. I was very pleased with the entire transaction at Continental. I would definitely recommend them.
