Remarkable enough, they will go so far as to reject the need for repairs because they aren't warranted. This service was for a SRS light that was on. Instead of a costly service bill, they simply replaced the seatbelt clip (no charge), washed my car and sent me on my way!
Excellent job on the dent removal. The loaner car is a real treat. We drive past 2 Acura dealers to get our service from Continental Acura. They are impressive!

I purchased a used 2007 RDX from Continental Acura of Naperville. I am from St. Louis and was able to purchase the car basically over the phone. Continental was the only dealer within a 250 mile radius that had several used RDXs from which to choose. Greg Pew and Sharon MacDonald were very helpful during my decision making process. They did a great job describing each of the cars and helped me make my choice. They coordinated my transportation from the airport and also had everything ready to go when I arrived. I was on a pretty tight schedule. We finalized the deal and I was on my way back to St. Louis in about an hour! I would certainly purchase from them again.

I've purchased or leased 17 cars, across 5 states, since I started driving many years ago. The last 7, over the most recent 11 years have been from Continental Acura. It started with a great deal on an RL, which was the reason for my 1st. The next 6 including leasing my 3rd TL for me and the 3rd MDX for my wife is due to the likes of the great team at Continental Acura. From Abe Crump who has been our most recent sales professional (3), to the Sales Manager, Harry Nesbitt and Financial team who make the process less stressful. I can't conclude without mentioning the Service Dept. We have worked mostly with Mike and Chris, who are outstanding, but I am can surely say that the entire service team are among the best in the business. I purchased a Honda Ridgeline from Continental Acura on Ebay for a good price, before buying I confirmed a trade-in price with Eddie. He gave me a great price on my trade and since I was honest about the condition, it all worked out great. Only downside was that it took us like 2 hours to get the car delivered. We had a scheduled delivery and the finance guy did not have our paperwork together. We recently purchased a vehicle for my wife at a different dealer and our scheduled delivery took 15 minutes. I understand they were busy but this guy did not have everything done that he could have. Eddie did a great job though and he always returned calls and emails quickly during the buying process.

I've purchased 2 cars @ Continental Acura from Brian Magee (2010 MDX & 2008 TL). Both are great cars and it was easy to work with Brian.
The TL was purchased the same day after my first test drive back in 2007. In and out - easy.
After test driving the MDX, we finished much of the "deal" over the phone. Brian also took the time to make sure we picked the options and colors on the MDX we would be happy with. It was easy working with the finance manager as well.

"I am writing this email to inform you of your most important asset. I know most people believe an asset to be a material object but in your case it is Sabrina Erskine, customer advocate.
I had my 2002 Acura TL in for service of the timing belt a few months ago. This maintenance is on the costly side but I knew it had to be done. All of my service is done at your dealership, Continental Acura of Naperville. While the car was in for service I received a phone call that another part should be replaced for approximately $130.00 dollars. This really bothered me so I called Sabrina and told her I was not happy about the call. Sabrina had the Service Manager and the Technician call me and explain exactly what was wrong and why they felt the item should be replaced. They did say I would get 10% off my bill, which really covered the cost of the part/installation.
I have to say that having things explained to me as to why this part should be replaced really settled me down (believe me the 10% was nice but did not settle me down). All of this happened because of Sabrina. I know for sure that when the time comes to replace my Acura it will be with another Acura from Continental Acura of Naperville because of Sabrina Erskine. I cannot say enough about the way she took control of the problem and resolved the issue to the customer’s satisfaction. Believe me when I say, she is one of your most important assets.
