Dear Continental Client,

 

On February 18, 2009, we transitioned over to a new VIP Rewards platform which will simplify how we keep track of your loyalty rewards points. If you had a VIP Rewards account prior to this date, rest assured that we have maintained records of all your previous rewards points earned and redeemed.

 

In order to take advantage of the new VIP Rewards program, we will need your written consent to enroll you. You can stop by the dealership or email suew@conacura.com to receive a copy of the enrollment form. When we receive your completed enrollment, we will add your old points total to your new account and present you with a new keytag.

 

In the future, you will not need to present your VIP card at the cashier to accumulate points. Our systems will automatically calculate your points based on your in-dealership purchases and update your account balance within 48 hours. Thank you for your understanding.
